My experience with Counterfitters was excellent. We did a full kitchen remodel at our vacation home in Tybee Island. The countertop looks amazing! We love the waterfall feature and how well it was installed and matched. Bailey Hicks their design consultant was terrific and engaging. She is knowledgeable and provided professional advice and design recommendations to chose from. She kept me informed and worked with me around my kitchen remodel schedule. I was out of state for most of the time and working with Bailey virtually was great. I thought it would be a challenge, but she always came through and was available to consult. The surveyor did a comprehensive job on measurements using the latest technology/software to insure the right fit. The install team and PM Seth did a amazing job. We actually had a small issue and I called Seth and they came back on site the same day and fixed it right away. I would highly recommend Counterfitters on Savannah. This is the second project I have done with Counter Fitters. Both jobs were done to my satisfaction. Bailey ,our designer, was very friendly and really gave us good advice. Oscar, our installer, was very professional and did an excellent job. When a mistake was found in one the measurements the owner called me personally and quickly resolved the issue. If I have another project I will use them again.
